@comzeradd It seems like they've come up with a decent process for determining what constitutes a "systemic weakness" at this point, but it's dependent on the company's pushing back. Of course, that's always the case since companies could be pressured into cooperating even without a law.

IIUC a company can appeal and the final decision is made by a retired judge and a subject matter expert. I'm trying to figure out I'd this is enough.
